  • We have performed more advanced, large (super regional or national), multi-product research projects for the top ten U.S. Banks than any other firm in the country.
Our Approach: We analyze the current limitations of best in-class solutions, identify similarly constrained problems that have been successfully solved in other disciplines (science, operations research, number theory, etc.) and then apply that solution to the business problem.
 
Our Primary Differentiation: Our primary differentiation is the Strategic Decision Support System, a suite of decision support software (DSS) approaches and applications.
 
Our Central Framework: Regardless of the business challenge they address, all our DSS tools follow a similar protocol. They generate multiple solutions (sometimes millions) using multiple parallel mathematical "engines," they optimize those solutions using optimization mathematics or automation technologies, and they make recommendations based on rule-based decision databases.
 
Our Approach to Solutions: Building competencies at the client. Consequently we install our DSS (Decision Support Software) at the client site to enable strategy development to continue even after the initial engagement has completed. We sell tools because some clients want the fishing pole rather than the fish.
