of best in-class solutions, identify similarly constrained problems
that have been successfully solved in other disciplines (science,
operations research, number theory, etc.) and then apply that solution
to the business problem. |

differentiation is the Strategic Decision Support System, a suite
of decision support software (DSS) approaches and applications. |

| Our Central Framework: Regardless
of the business challenge they address, all our DSS tools follow a
similar protocol. They generate multiple solutions (sometimes millions)
using multiple parallel mathematical "engines," they optimize
those solutions using optimization mathematics or automation technologies,
and they make recommendations based on rule-based decision databases. |

Building competencies at the client. Consequently we install our DSS
(Decision Support Software) at the client site to enable strategy
development to continue even after the initial engagement has completed.
