  PrefSolve™ is decision support software that tells you what you need to change about your product or service to maximize real-world outcomes (such as sales and revenue.) Technically, PrefSolve™ is a simulation modeling and analysis platform. Background on Simulation Models: Simulation Models allow the strategist to "what-if" with existing or planned products by making pricing, feature, servicing and channel changes to a given product. Those changes are then mathematically presented to "virtual customers" whose preferences have been captured using a specialized form of survey research. The end result is that the simulation model projects what will happen (e.g., sales volume change, switching, etc.) when a product is introduced or modified.
