Definition:
 
  SatisSolve™ is customer satisfaction decision support software. It includes tracking, analysis and simulation modeling capabilities. SatisSolve™ is a superset of PrefSolve™; in addition to all of PrefSolve's™ features, SatisSolve™ allows the strategist to track CS change, plot the gap between performance and expectation across all key drivers of satisfaction, and to "what-if" with key performance drivers. In this way, SatisSolve™ addresses the most frequent criticism leveled against customer satisfaction engagements: poor or absent linkage to real-world outcomes (e.g., sales and profitability).
